General Conditions

1. - Formalization of the reserve:

To make your reservation you must pay as a concept of sign or reserves 20% of the value for the rental or service. This payment may be made by you through:

a. - External reserves:

- Credit cards (VISA)
- Western Union

b.- Reserves from Peru:

- Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), making the cash deposit or bank transfer through internet to the following Julio Fernández Carrasco..

For security, these are the only ways to make payment of the sign or reserve.

After the cancellation of the signal or reservation, we request the data inform us of it by mail (info@ichu.com.pe). In all cases you must inform us:

1. Full Name of the person who sent the money.
2. Country / city of origin of the payment.
3. Scan the transaction ticket (deposit, transfer, etc.).

Having concluded the deposit and the same information must also send us:

1. Confirmation of the date and time of arrival.
2. Flight number and name of the airline.

Once accredited the reserve we will send mail via the corresponding Check In Form with the final and complete information of the apartment.

The password or reservation may not apply to other property once made a reservation for the chosen property.

The cancellation of the reserve for no fault reasons to Ichu apartments, involves the loss of signal or reserve in its entirety (NO SHOW). This amount will reimburse the successful block and the consequent impossibility of renting it to other passengers.

2.- Rental conditions:

The rental conditions for all the properties are the same:

Prepayment: when reviewing the apartment with temporary and contract signing.
Escrow payment: fully refundable if there’s no damage to the building occupied, at check out.

3. - Reception and Check in:

A representative of Ichu apartments will be waiting for you at the check in moment to welcome you, explain the basic operation of the facility, review and sign the inventory of the property, handing over the keys, sign the contract, terminate the total payment rent and receive the deposit guarantee.

The payment will be made always in cash in U.S. Dollars or in nuevos soles (the formal change of day).

4. - Check Out:

With 48 hrs. Before heading an Ichu apartments representative will contact you to reconfirm the time of check out pre-agreed at the reception (check in). During check out time is the inventory control at admission and signed the corresponding keys are returned and the refund of all or part of the deposit guarantee.

Usually the check is carried out at 10:00 am however; it is customary to grant us check out until 12:00 hrs. at most. After this time you must pay the prorated charge for Late check out.

This will always depend on the availability of the property.

5. - Admission:

All passengers who dwell in the house must state their full names and identity card, numbers or passport, if any, in the form of check-in. The persistence of a higher number of guests to the previously agreed upon in the contract is cause for immediate eviction, not being refundable the payment and deposit guarantee.

Guests may receive visitors in the building and conduct social gatherings to observe good behavior and without disturbing the peace of the neighbors, if this is not true, will also be cause for immediate eviction, not being refundable the payment and deposit guarantee.

Ichu apartments, reserves the right to refuse admission.

6. - Contingencies:

Ichu apartments, is in charge of the formalities of booking of a particular property for a specific period stated by the guest. If some event happens and damage the property prior to guest arrival, making your stay uncomfortable in it, we will communicate the unexpected event and will offer two choices:

First.- Relocate you to another apartment of similar characteristics and amenities provided, only if there is availability for your dates.

Second.- Return the money was paid as reservation .

7.- Insurance:

We recommend whenever you travel, you should contact a travel insurance that covers: possible loss of luggage, medical expenses, accidents and other eventualities. If you don’t have one for you and your guests, we kindly contact ichu apartments representative to contact you with the insurance consultant and be able to offer one at your convenience.

Ichu apartments is not responsible for any robbery or theft that may suffer the guests during their stay in Cusco Peru.

8.- Compliance:

By using our website and our services, you agree to accept and subject to all the General Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or our services.
